A 10% deposit is required to reserve your booking with the final balance, including a refundable $200.00 / £150.00 security deposit, falling due 10 weeks before departure. Payment by credit card can be accepted via PayPal, please note there will be a 3.88% charge for this service.

Options & Extras
Pool heat is an extra $100.00 / £50.00 per week April – September and is included in the rental rates from October – April.

Stays of less than seven nights will incur a cleaning charge of
$100.00 / £50.00.

Additional Information
We strongly recommend anyone planning a vacation to take out trip / travel insurance to cover cancelation, emergency medical care and loss or damage to your positions.

The Beeches vacation home is a non smoking property and we request that guests refrain from smoking within the house. Smoking is permitted on the pool deck and ashtrays are provided for this purpose. If any guest smokes in the house it will need to be deep cleaned and all extra costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
