Magic Kingdom opened in 1971 and so a Florida legend was born. At Epcot you can travel the planet visiting eleven countries in the space of a few hours. Epcot’s World Showcase is a feast for the senses stop by the Rose and Crown pub for a pint of warm beer or take a trip down El Rio del Tiempo in Mexico’s Mayan Pyramid. Share Walt Disney’s vision, learn about our planet or ride one of the thrilling rides in Future World before gathering around the World Showcase for the magical Illuminations: Reflections of Earth nightime spectacular.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios lets you live the magic of the movies. Join Aerosmith in a high speed dash across town on the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, or plunge thirteen stories in the Hollywood Tower Hotels service elevator as you enter the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Journeying through the backlot you will see famous props from films including Indiana Jones, Star Wars and Herbie, before witnessing the power of special effects in Catastrophe Canyon. Finish the day with a trip to the Hollywood Hills Amphitheatre to watch Fantasmic where Sorcerer Mickey battles Disney Villains.

Disney’s Animal Kingdom the newest of the four theme parks and the place where you can travel the globe learning to appreciate the rich and diverse animal life our planet has to offer. Travel to Asia and see majestic tigers in the ruined temple, brave the Kali river rapids or join an expedition to Everest, experiencing the Legend of the Forbidden Mountain Disney’s newest attraction. Travel back to a time when the mighty dinosaurs roamed the land and ride Dinosaur or let the younger visitors explore The Boneyard.

Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach are Disney’s two themed water parks and the best place to cool off on a hot summers day. A mix of thrilling water slides, lazy rivers,  shaded and sunny seated areas make these parks a great place to escape from the nonstop action of the main theme parks.

Universal Orlando

Live the movies at Universal Studios enjoy a boat ride to Amity Island home of Jaws, or sign up to become an agent with The Men In Black battling an alien invasion. Join the resistance in Terminator 2: 3-D Battle Across Time, or accompany Shrek and Donkey as they battle to rescue Princes Fiona from the evil Lord Farrquaad.

Islands of Adventure, Universal’s first adventure park covers five themed lands. Get soaked to the skin on Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges, Universal’s version of the white water rapids. Venture into Jurassic Park and tremble with fear as you get closer than you want to the park’s T-Rex. Join the Marvel Super Hero’s as you get blasted 150 feet in the air on Dr Doom’s Fearfall, become a cub reporter for the Daily Bugle in the fantastic Amazing Adventures of Spiderman or feel the uncontrolled rage on the Incredible Hulk Coaster.


SeaWorld Orlando, home of the legendary killer whale Shamu is more than just a theme park it’s an aquatic adventure. It seamlessly mixes its marine exhibits with some top class rollercoaster’s such as the mighty Kraken making this a park not to be missed.

Aquatica only SeaWorld could create the seamless blend of animal attractions, high-speed thrill rides and wide sandy beaches that is Aquatica. Opening in March 2008 this park is sure to thrill guests of all ages, with 36 water slides, six rivers and lagoons and more than 80,000 square feet of beach area.

Discovery Cove

The recreation of a Caribbean island the park is lovingly landscaped with rocky lagoons, intricate coral reefs and white sandy beaches. Discovery Cove offers guests the unforgettable experience of swimming with Dolphins.

Gatorland, a 110 acre alligator wildlife reserve and theme park, located conveniently close to Orlando’s major attractions provides the ideal half-day adventure where you get up close and personal with the huge alligators and crocodiles within the park.

Kennedy Space Center

Marvel at the sheer scale of NASA’s achievements as you drive past the colossal shuttle assembly building and come face to face with a massive Saturn V rocket. Kennedy Space Center is one of these experiences that have to be seen to be believed, see the Space Shuttle launch pads, enter the International Space Station Center, the actual processing facility where components of the Space Station are processed and readied for their trip into orbit.

Busch Gardens

Busch Gardens has to be the ultimate family adventure park offering an array of fascinating attractions based on exotic encounters with the African continent. The park offers a unique blend of thrilling rides, one of the country’s premier zoos featuring more than 2,000 animals, live shows, restaurants, shops and games, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay provides unrivalled excitement for visitors of all ages.
